Dear Friends


I hope Elisabeth
will soon be restored to her
usual health.
I always intended
to come out with the books
I promised but my Mother
applied to the gas company
as they usualy gave a Donation
to long and faithfull servents
so instead of giveing it to
Mother I receved a letter

to call on Mr Ross at the
Gas office so Mr Ross said
the committee considered first
what to give and had other
meetings as to how to give it
Mr Ross said it was the
wish of the committee it
should be paid to me and
applied by me to Mothers
necessitys so I received 50
poinds for Mother with
a letter accordingly) providence)
has been very Kind to us
I have a class of Girls from
the training home for servants)

from canning place of
stirriling Road on sabbath
Evenings in the church
Maggy and her ather has
a class reach to Maggy is
Keebing better now I go often
and Visit the parish belonging
to the church it makes me
thankfull for my Lot when
I come home after what
I see I hope this will
find you all well and
Elisabeths health improveing
