I enclose a
cheque for £30.
to be sent to my
brother Revd Charles
Livingstone of
Mattapoisett
Massachusetts
United States
It is 30 miles from Boston
It is the first use
I have put any
of the Fund about
which we talked
in the way. He
has lost his health
and wishes in
consequence to
go out with
me . to Africa
this is to pay
his passage. His

church gives him
only 800 dollars
per annum. And
another church
near Boston
is actually indebted
to him still a portion
of his salary of
former years
If you let me
know to whom
he is to apply in
Boston I shall
write and let him
know
I enclose the
note of Mr Sharp
Please return
a copy of the
I) first slip. I wish
to put in all the
corrections clearly
one leaf is rather
crowded in what
I have — I will then
let you have it
