Text S1M-564 Alasdair Morgan (Galloway and Upper Nithsdale) (SNP) : Recovery of Crew of Fishing Vessels Lost at Sea— That the Parliament recognises the change in attitude of Scotland's fishing communities towards recovery of crews who are lost at sea and therefore urges the Scottish Executive to seek to persuade Her Majesty's Government to give a firm undertaking that policy in this matter will be changed and that a public agency be charged with the responsibility of examining the feasibility of recovering bodies from vessels lost at sea and reaching a considered judgement based on safety and technical considerations.
