S1M-1885# Bristow Muldoon (Livingston) (Lab) : Livingston Football Club - Promotion to the SPL— That the Parliament congratulates Livingston Football Club on its achievement in securing promotion to the Scottish Premier League, a major success for West Lothian's only senior club, which moved to Livingston in 1995, which comes on top of a Scottish Cup run which took them to the semi-final for the first time; welcomes the community programme of the club which has encouraged many young people to support the club; recognises the far-sighted youth development policies being developed, and wishes Livingston Football Club every success in the SPL next season and into the future.
